Using Roamz

Roamz lets travelers request vehicles from independent local rental companies. A request is not a confirmed rental until the company marks it confirmed. The company supplies the vehicle, sets its rental policies, checks driving eligibility, handles pickup, and collects payment directly at pickup. Roamz does not collect rental payments on this site.

Before you request

Review the vehicle description, dates, daily rate, deposit, pickup location, and company policies. You must provide accurate contact and booking information and have the right to drive where you will rent. A company may require a licence or proof of insurance before confirmation. It may have additional requirements at pickup.

Bookings, changes, and cancellations

Availability can change before confirmation. Contact the rental company to arrange pickup or request changes. Company cancellation and rental rules shown on the booking page apply to its rental, subject to applicable law. Keep your booking reference private.

Photos and documents

Only upload documents and vehicle photos relevant to your booking. Do not upload another person’s identification without authority. Condition photos help record vehicle condition but do not determine responsibility for damage by themselves.

Platform operation

Owners are responsible for accurate listings, lawful rental operation, suitable vehicles, insurance, and honoring confirmed reservations. We may remove misleading listings or suspend misuse of the site. Roamz is not a party to the rental agreement between the renter and the company, except where applicable law says otherwise.

Problems

Contact the rental company about the vehicle, pickup, payment, or damage. Contact Roamz about account, privacy, or platform issues through our contact form. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not limited by these terms.
